Clients check status, not call the clerk.
Clients get their own site, made for phones, in Hindi or English. They see their matter in plain words, the next date, the papers you share and what they owe, and they can pay or sign there.
What the client sees
One dispute, one view
The suit and its appeal show as one matter. A plain-words stage (“Arguments are being heard.”) says where it is and what happens next.
Next date and timeline
The client sees the next listing and a safe timeline of what has happened. Privileged notes, strategy and drafts never appear there.
Documents you choose to share
You share each document one at a time, and you can take it back. Drafts can't be shared at all. Sharing once covers every case in the dispute.
Fees and payments
Clients see their invoices and what is due. They can tap Pay now to pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, and get receipts.
What the client can do
Pay from the phone
Pay an advance or an invoice in a few taps. It is marked paid only when the payment provider's signed message confirms it, not on a click.
Sign the vakalatnama
Read it and e-sign by entering the password again. The record keeps the method, the time and the address.
Message and upload
Messages are filed to the case. Photos and PDFs the client uploads are read for text and filed.
Raise a grievance
The firm's grievance contact is at the bottom of the page. A grievance raised there starts a 30-day clock for your reply.
Kept separate and safe
A separate site with its own access
The portal runs as its own program, and its database access is limited to portal functions. A client login can't reach firm data, and a firm login doesn't work in the portal.
When the work ends
The handover pack is shared on the portal as a document. Everything keeps working for 90 days. After that only the pack is available for 12 months, and then the portal closes.
What this looks like on a real day
A question at midnight
A client can't sleep before a bail hearing.
Paying the advance
A new client has to pay before you start work.
A matter that ended
Three months after judgment, the client needs their papers.
These are example stories. The names and matters are made up. The features are real.
